Delivery

UK orders

  • Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days

  • Complimentary standard delivery on all UK orders

All of our UK orders are shipped out using DPD service. You can track your order and get updates about delivery here.

We aim to dispatch every order within 48 hours but this time may be delayed due to weekends or public holidays. We are a small team so be patient por favor, we promise your swimwear is coming!

Please allow 3-5 working days before getting in contact with us about your order. Postal delays can sometimes occur and these are sadly beyond our control.

All UK delivery fees are inclusive of customs, import and tax charges.

International orders

Europe

  • Standard delivery costs £15 and takes 3-8 working days

  • Complimentary standard delivery on all orders above £200

Rest of the world

  • Standard delivery costs £30 and takes 3-10 working days

  • Complimentary standard delivery on all orders above £300

We kindly advise that we are not shipping to Russia and Belarus at this time.

Please also review the customs information in your country before purchasing from Playa Limón, as you may sometimes need to pay import taxes or duties.

Returns

We're sure you'll be happy with your Playa Limón swimwear, but if for any reason you are not completely in love, you have up to 28 days to return your purchase to us. As a new business we are unable to offer complimentary returns at this time - we hope you can understand.

Please make sure the items you return are in brand new, unused condition with all labels, tags and hygiene stickers attached. Any goods we receive back without these will sadly not be eligible for a return.

Please also be sure to get proof of postage. We won’t be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us and we sadly won’t be able to issue a refund. Gracias.

Refunds will be issued within 8 working days once we receive and review your returned goods.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges at the moment, but if you need a replacement size or alternative styles, please follow the returns process and then place a new order.
